Bella's Baking Blast takes children through simple recipes as they help Bella, a brown
bear from Samiland, as she combines ingredients to make cupcakes, pies, nachos, and more.
The app fun ingredients include rainbows and love.
"With Bella's Baking Blast, children have a fun and unique way to do some virtual
baking," says Dramaforum founder Eevamaria Halttunen.
"Bella's new app is part of Petra's Planet range, which includes Petra's Planet
e-Magazine - a digital, interactive children's magazine we launched in early July," says
Ms. Halttunen.
Bella is one of the engaging characters in Petra's Planet - a virtual world and
digital magazine developed by Dramaforum for children aged 7-11.
Bella's Baking Blast joins a suite of apps created around Petra's Planet and its
characters. Â It is available on the Petra's Planet website
http://www.petrasplanet.com/BBB and also Google Play and costs Euro 0.99.
In early July, Dramaforum launched a digital magazine for children. Petra's Planet
Magazine is a monthly magazine where children learn about different countries, cultures,
customs, food, and animal as they travel with Petra. Subscribers can complete creative
projects, solve interactive puzzles, read news and reviews, and complete quizzes.
Mrs Halttunen created Petra Planet and established Dramaforum after she struggled to
find online content that was engaging and educative for her own children.
The company now delivers a host of Petra's Planet-related products, including Petra's
Planet virtual world - which has more than 1.7 million subscribers worldwide, and Petra's
Planet EDU products, designed for primary school use by teachers in Finland.
