JAKARTA, Indonesia, Aug. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PT Huawei Tech Investment (Huawei Indonesia), a global information and communications technology (ICT) solution provider, today held a Huawei Cloud Conference Indonesia (HCC Indonesia 2016) as part of two-days-summit of the 3rd Indonesia ICT Carnival 2016- NEW ICT NEW Games at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta. The conference has attended by over 400 participants come from IT industry including enterprise, carriers, channel and so on. This year's conference focused on transforming business with cloud and setting new benchmarks. Huawei entered the cloud computing market in 2010. In HCC Indonesia 2016, Huawei Indonesia together with Accenture, Cloudera, Anabatic, IDPRO, Infosys and Telkomsigma launched a new solution namely FusionSphere 6.0. This new solution is an enterprise-class cloud operating system that helps customers deploy virtual servers, private clouds, public clouds, hybrid clouds, clouds desktop, and NFVI, enabling the key services on cloud and facilitating continuous production innovation.
Huawei FusionSphere 6.0 brings the concept of open source which used in components, architecture, and ecosystem enabling customers to have more choices in software. Huawei FusionSphere 6.0 keeps pace with the open-source OpenStack community, complies with the native OpenStack standards, and supports OpenStack application programming interfaces (APIs). Third-party applications developed based on native OpenStack can run on Huawei FusionSphere 6.0 without having to make changes. With this level of open source capability, this latest solution aims to be flexible enough to adapt to each customer's unique needs.
