DALLAS, Aug. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T is expanding its selection of rugged devices with the addition of the Kyocera DuraForce PRO. Starting Wednesday, August 31 you can order the DuraForce PRO smartphone at AT&T stores and http://www.att.com for $13.97 per month for 30 months on AT&T Next® or $17.46 per month for 24 months on AT&T Next Every Year(SM) when you have eligible service.(1) It will be available for purchase in stores starting on Friday, September 9.

Designed to withstand rugged work environments and active lifestyles, DuraForce PRO is IP68 certified as waterproof in up to 6.5 feet for 30 minutes and dustproof,(2) and also offers Military Standard 810G protection.(3) DuraForce PRO has a 5 inch Full HD display that makes it easy to read texts, emails, and the web on-the-go. Additionally, the rugged smartphone includes a dedicated side button for Enhanced Push-To-Talk (EPTT) that can also be programmed by non-PTT users for one-touch access to a favorite feature or application. Other features include:

Cameras: The DuraForce PRO features a trio of cameras to document your favorite moments including a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera, a 5 megapixel front-facing camera, and a Super Wide View HD action camera. With the Underwater Mode you can take photos and record video while the phone is completely submerged in up to 6.5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.(4)

Fingerprint Sensor: DuraForce PRO has a fingerprint sensor on the phone's power button for improved security and one-touch access to your phone.

Battery: The 3,240mAh non-removable battery provides up to 20 hours of talk time.(3) If plugging in to charge the device isn't ideal for your active lifestyle, the DuraForce PRO also supports wireless charging (sold separately).

Processor: Built to keep up with your busy schedule, the DuraForce PRO has a Qualcomm MSM 8952 Snapdragon octa-core processor and 32GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 256GB (MicroSD card sold separately), so you can stay productive where you work or play.
