"Guests at this year's ARMA show will have the exclusive opportunity to preview our new offering in the networked document scanner market, as well as our existing line-up of image capture devices," said Toyotsugu Kuwamura, executive vice president and general manager, Business Imaging Solutions Group, Canon U.S.A., Inc. "Those in attendance will get a first-hand look at how Canon's devices are well positioned to handle the scanning needs of a variety of markets, specifically in the public sector where speed and security are two major factors in handling documents."

Attendees will be able to be the first to preview the imageFORMULA ScanFront 400 networked document scanner, slated to be released Q4 2016. This new model builds off of the success of Canon's existing imageFORMULA ScanFront 330 scanner, offering high-quality image processing with faster speed as well as improved document feeding and transport. Designed for ad-hoc and transactional data capture in large corporate departments, local offices and customer service environments, the new device provides for more efficient document sharing and processing to assist in raising productivity and to help reduce costs.

In the Canon booth will also be a variety of already available image capture devices, including the imageFORMULA DR-M160II Office Document Scanner and the imageFORMULA DR-G1130 Production Document Scanner. Guests in attendance will be able to see how these two devices interact with Canon's CaptureOnTouch(1) software as well as how to scan their documents to different folders, a .pdf file or send to third-party cloud applications.  Also on-hand will be the imageFORMULA P-215II "Scan-tini" Mobile Document Scanner, which features a slim and portable design to help users scan while away from the office.(2)
