"I love our colors for spring" said Christine Chapin, co-founder and design director of Company C. "From preppy brights inspired by the beaches in Bermuda to saturated melons and aquas of our fresh, modern Beacon Hill collection, we had a lot of fun creating unique color and texture stories for each group. They are all very uplifting, signifying a bright outlook for 2010!"
The Spring 2010 collection includes three distinct styles: Beacon Hill, Hamptons and Bermuda. Classic motifs and architectural details of the Beacon Hill Collection put surface interest at the forefront. Shimmering yarns, appliquéd motifs and pleated textures in flattering new neutrals, Oyster and Pecan, mix with sorbet shades of Melon and Aqua for a fresh, modern style.
Inspired by lush gardens and trellises, the Hamptons collection reveals a refreshing summer palette of Lavender, Periwinkle and new greens--Spearmint and Kelly. Irises are scattered throughout--from the Bridgehampton quilt to a dramatic chain stitch pillow.
The Bermuda Collection is a mix of overscaled florals, meandering vines and preppy plaids in saturated, tropical colors of Kiwi, Pool, Coral and new yellow shade, Lemondrop. The popular hooked Sarasa rug in now available in two new color ways--Kiwi and Pool.
