Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. Receives Notice of Allowance from USPTO in Connection With Its Application for Continuation Patent of Patent No. 6,826,744
RICHARDSON, Texas, March 25 -- Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: VCSY) (http://www.vcsy.com) is pleased to announce today that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") for its U.S. Patent Application Ser. No. 10/999,911 for a continuation patent of its U.S. Patent No. 6,826,744. Notice of Allowance means that all pending new claims have been approved for issuance in a patent. The patent should issue within approximately three months.

The issuance of a new patent will increase the scope of the original patent by adding 32 new claims on top of the original 53 claims," stated Luiz Valdetaro, Chief Technology Officer of Vertical Computer Systems, Inc.
