Evanger's Presents Non-Denominational 'Passover Seder for Dogs' Hosted by Dog News Daily on March 31, 2010 at Hotel Palomar in Los Angeles
Dinner Will Benefit Best Friends Animal Society and Los Angeles Animal
Services and Include an Adoption Drive to Seek Loving Homes for Loving Dogs
LOS ANGELES, March 25
WHAT: Dog News Daily, the largest online magazine for dog owners and pet industry professionals, will serve up the "1st Annual Passover Seder for Dogs" at the renowned dog-friendly Kimpton property, The Hotel Palomar.
While the invitation only dinner will feature kosher dog food, generously provided by sponsor Evanger's Dog and Cat Food Company, it will be a non-denominational affair. Dog News Daily and all the sponsors believe that all dogs - regardless of breed, size, fur or religion - deserve delicious, healthy food.
With many of the pooches donning their doggie yarmulkes, the festive evening will include an adoption drive for dogs from the Best Friends Animal Society and Los Angeles Animal Services as well as a silent auction. And, yes, a kosher dog dinner featuring Evanger's dog food and Wagatha's Dog Biscuits!
In addition to the dogs available for adoption, dog guests will bring their "plus-one" human owners, who will enjoy culinary delights prepared by Chef Simon Dolinky of the hotel's restaurant, Blvd 16.
