EyeWonder Powers Microsoft Silverlight-based Ad Campaign for Microsoft Partner Network
EyeWonder reporting provides advanced measurement and tracking of Microsoft Partner Network's online ad campaign on Microsoft.com
ATLANTA, April 14 -- EyeWonder, Inc., an innovator in interactive digital advertising technologies and services, today announced it worked with the Microsoft Partner Network, creative agency Razorfish and media agency Wunderman to deliver the first third-party-served progressive streaming video ad campaign built on Microsoft Silverlight. Running on Microsoft.com through the end of June, the business-to-business rich media and video ads aim to provide a more engaging user experience while touting the features and benefits of the Microsoft Partner Network.
"Microsoft is pleased to work with EyeWonder on this innovative advertising campaign for the Microsoft Partner Network on Microsoft.com," said Brian Goldfarb, director of the developer platform group at Microsoft. "By working with EyeWonder on this campaign that is built on Silverlight, online viewers have the ability to experience a truly unique online experience."
Seeking to drive user interest and engagement with the Microsoft Partner Network brand, the ads feature messages such as "Your Business Needs + the Perfect Partner = Innovation at Your Fingertips" and "Looking Ahead + Microsoft Financing = Getting Ahead." In addition, the units will be tracked via EyeWonder's reporting system to provide campaign measurement data, including click-through rate, time on page, video views, interactions and ad visibility.
"As Microsoft Partner Network expands its online advertising efforts to take full advantage of the benefits offered by Silverlight, we're happy to provide our expertise and reporting solutions to ensure campaign success," said Erin Quist, VP Enterprise Solutions for EyeWonder. "Ads that contain video are especially compelling in terms of facilitating brand awareness and audience engagement -- in fact, we've seen unique interaction rates double with the use of video, so we're excited to partner with Microsoft on these B-to-B ads."
EyeWonder shares a history of innovation with Microsoft, with a long-standing relationship serving rich media and video ads on MSN. In addition, EyeWonder built one of the first Silverlight-based in-stream ads for New York Magazine's "Where's Rogan?" interactive campaign that ran during Fashion Week in 2008.
