SOUDERTON, Pa., April 27 -- Almac, the international drug development organization, today launched http://www.FindPharmony.com. The new microsite gives users a virtual view of the company's new North American Headquarters, which will be one of the world's largest integrated clinical supply and technology facility. It is strategically located in Souderton, Pennsylvania, close to the pharmaceutical hub in the Philadelphia area. Almac's North American Headquarters is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2010, and will be officially opened in Spring 2011. The 243,000 square foot facility will house more than 750 employees.
FindPharmony.com refers to Almac's unique approach, which is the centerpiece of the new integrated North American Headquarters. "Pharmony" creates harmony for the pharmaceutical industry by strategically combining planning, packaging, distribution, analysis, and technology to make clinical trials more effective and efficient. Unlike other companies who focus on either manufacturing or technology, Almac brings the parts of the clinical trials process together under one roof.
