Specialty Dessert Ingredient Company Releases Online Recipe Bank Featuring Delicious Gelato and Pastry Recipes
CONCORD, N.C., May 12 -- PreGel AMERICA, a specialty dessert ingredient company, announced the launch of the company's new online recipe bank for specialty desserts. The database, hosted on the company's corporate Web site http://www.pregelamerica.com, contains recipes for gelato, sorbetto, Tenero (soft serve), pastries and more.
Businesses with an existing dessert concept or in the dessert market will find the database tremendously helpful in providing everything from the latest seasonal desserts to classic palate pleasers. The recipes featured are courtesy of a select group of renowned pastry chefs and gelato masters in the industry including PreGel's Corporate Pastry Chef Frederic Monti, 2008 World Pastry Champion Dimitri Fayard, Master Chocolatier Jean-Pierre Wybauw and Gelato Master Kal Sohkn.
