At no cost, Coveo Expresso offers enterprise-class, advanced information access for small- and medium-sized businesses or corporate departments, for up to 50 users, 1 million email items and 100,000 documents. Coveo Expresso is easily expandable to accommodate a larger number of users, at a price point significantly lower than any other enterprise search platform on the market, including appliances, and with far superior functionality. Coveo Expresso has already been downloaded by hundreds of organizations at http://www.coveo.com/expresso.
"We're seeing many knowledge-intensive companies download and benefit from Expresso," said Richard Tessier, SVP Products, Coveo. "Most prevalent are law firms, insurance brokerages, accounting firms and small consulting organizations, as well as young technology companies. Coveo Expresso provides an excellent entry point for SMBs or corporate departments to experience the many business benefits of the Coveo Enterprise platform, yet at little to no cost."
Beere & Purves provides traditional insurance sales support for brokers and agents of all sizes. Phillip Tan, Treasurer and CFO, Beere & Purves, said, "Coveo Expresso has revolutionized the way we look at our SharePoint and Exchange data. Because we are knowledge workers, the productivity gains have been tremendous. Our deployment was simple, the indexing has depth, the engine is formula one, and you can't beat the price. Information that otherwise would be buried in our enterprise systems, is now precisely and quickly found in a way that is delivering efficiencies across our business and having a direct impact on our service levels."
Coveo Expresso now includes expanded access to enterprise information including desktop content, SharePoint files, and file shares, through the Coveo Outlook Sidebar. Now, users can search across enterprise systems without leaving Outlook, allowing them to "search where they work." The Coveo Outlook Sidebar, the industry's first true enterprise search Outlook plug-in, also includes conversation folding, related conversations, related people, and related attachments, as well as faceted search, allowing users to more quickly find information, helping to speed productivity.
IT Director with Zane and Rudofsky, a New York City law firm, commented, "Coveo Expresso offers a centralized, enterprise-grade index which is different from the consumer-based desktop search engines available on the market. It allows everyone in the office to rapidly search through and find the information they need from shared folders on servers or emails stored on the Exchange Server. Since it's a server-based index, it doesn't affect the performance of their PCs, and it's easier to support than if each user has his or her own index. Coveo's architecture, ease-of-deployment and tailoring to small businesses are unique and offer a competitive advantage that I have yet to see with other search vendors on the market today."
Coveo Expresso is built on the Coveo Enterprise Search Platform, affording users with an enterprise grade solution that is extremely easy to use and deploy, and seamless to expand. For more information, and to download Coveo Expresso now, visit http://www.coveo.com/expresso.
