(Pink Sheets: UVUM), a mobility solutions and content aggregator announced today that its subsidiary Wasp Mobile has recently acquired controlling interest in Paws and Claws Pet Club, Inc. and has obtained licensing rights from Vivid Image Promotions. The new name will be Paws and Claws, LLC and will be domiciled in Florida under the Wasp Mobile umbrella of products and services.
