Accuvant Named Top Technology Practice in Security by Everything Channel

DENVER, June 1 -- Accuvant, the only research-driven information security partner delivering alignment, clarity and confidence to enterprise clients, announced today that it has been named the Top Technology Practice in Security by Everything Channel, the premier provider of IT channel-focused events, media, research, consulting, and sales and marketing services. The company was recognized as part of the 16th annual VAR500 list, which ranks North America's top technology integrators, of which Accuvant placed No. 199.

Finalists for the Top Technology Practice in Security award, which is one of only nine technology practice awards given by Everything Channel this year, were selected by an editorial panel comprised of executives, journalists and industry experts who nominated solution providers with security expertise from the VAR500 list. Accuvant was selected as the winner based on its outstanding year-over-year growth combined with the superior technology consulting and service offerings it provides to its clients. Accuvant's accomplishment will be recognized during the VAR500/CIO 50 Awards Dinner, held at Cipriani Wall Street, on June 8, 2010.
