In not crazy about going to purchase or spend my money in movies I already own in DVD, I can see Blue Ray and HD-DVD becoming popular for backing up and burning video in about 5 to 7 years from now, once Cam-corders and Drives become mainstream and affordable. For now ill stick with my burnable CD's, DVD and hard-drives ahh throw in a thumb drive too

Well really, it was Ubisoft that makes Red Steel, not Nintendo.
Now that I think about it, I am suprised that Nintendo did not make a light gun for the n64... they had it down on the NES, and a Time Cop or HOTD or Area 51 game would have rocked on N64 or even Gamecube.
Getting paid to do something is fine. Keep their minds busy doing something instead of just wasting away. I don't think they should get paid alot, though.
by far the biggest improvement is that you always see your own status; all in all the status system is greatly improved. It's also nice that you see your avatar in beta4.
It's a nice improvement over gaim1, which was a nice IM anyway.
I underestimated the gambit system again. I thought if I wanted my toons to revive a fallen ally I'd have to either do it manually or have a precise gambit like Ally: KO'd. I ought to have known better...
Just putting Ally: Any: Revive/PhoenixDown works just fine. Same goes for status effects like blind or silence.
WARNING!
If you want to obtain all 13 Espers and achieve the highest rank in Clan Centurio (which requires you have all 13 Espers), don't make the same stupid mistake I did: Once you complete the lvl 10 Marauder in the Mines hunt (Nidhogg) DO NOT SELL THE GREAT SERPENTSKIN.
Unlike the other plot items necessary to obtain the hidden Espers, the Great Serpentskin goes into your Loot and not your Key Items section... I accidentally sold this important item and only got 70 gil for my trouble.
It is a one of a kind item and if you intend to play the game to it's fullest you will have to return to a previous save or start again.
