This is a great movie...oh how I love it so. For those of you who (somehow) don't know this movie, it's about an FBI agent, Clarice Starling(Jodie Foster), trying to find a serial killer, Buffalo Bill (Ted Levine, aka Captain Stottlemeyer from Monk), with the help of former psychiatrist and known cannibal, Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins). The daughter of a senator is kidnapped by Buffalo Bill, and his whole thing is that he likes to skin his victems and use the skin for...I'd rather not spoil that for those who haven't seen the movie, though I will say he is one of the best dancers I've ever seen. Anyway, back on topic, now that the daughter of the senator is caught by him, there is a desperate rush to save her, because the time between his abuductions and his killings is getting shorter (ono!). I've seen the movie many a time, and read the book recently. I also read "Red Dragon", which is sort of like a prequel to this...with the book/movie "Hannibal" being the third in the trilogy, but I've never seen "Red Dragon", and I've neither seen nor read "Hannibal" because I heard it sucks.
I tend to shy away from the horror/mystery type genre of films. I have seen the movie you cite in the subject and did like it do to the mind tricks that Mr. Hannibal does on the FBI lady.
2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!
