Nintendo 3DS

Anyone think this will be one of Nintendo's lamer handhelds? I bet most games will opt to make sure you switch to 2D mode... unless they pull off the 3D perfectly.

Nintendo also doesn't seem to get that people own the product they purchased. They constantly try and stop homebrew from working. Nintendo doesn't own the product once it is sold!

I have more problem with the fact that Nintendo will probably pull that region locking bullshit again than them putting an actual fight up against piracy. While I normally don't buy the "wah wah piracy" bullshit every time a company wants to fuck over their consumers (see: Sony removing Linux. Microsoft killing third party memory cards. Etc.), piracy is really, really bad on the DS.
