The new episode of Monk

The last seaons of Monk was fairly unspectacular, since Sharona left and the new girl (I sill can't remember her name) came in for her. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't near the old episodes. But I had faith that they could bring it back to what it was, and the season premier was quite good, featuring Jason Alexander playing a less-than-competant detective, reminiscant of Columbo. And...I think I'm out of things to say regarding this episode.

Monk is good stuff.
