I once had a Compaq PC. It was the worst, most unstable and overpriced piece of trash I ever owned. In fact, it is sitting less than a yard away from me, gathering dust. It hasn't been used in almost 2 years.

Michael: Jodie, how's my schedule look for today?
Jodie: You've got a conference and dinner party at the Japanese Embassy regarding wildlife protection.
Michael: Oh, yeah...sorry, but I'll have to cancel that. I'm heading out to save America!

I think Compaq was crap also. But, HP happens to be the only major PC manufacturer that I like. I don't know if the quality of Compaq has changed since HPs aquisition, but I'm glad that they're doing well.

The lines at Compaq are MUCH better thanks for HP.

You could tell just a year after the take over.
