"Alright." Ed nods. He was starting to feel better, but was still a bit shaken. "Would you l-like me to walk you home?"

The citizens of Edgley were in shock. It was clear that something was going on. But what exactly was it?

"y-yeah.... and t-then you go home too ok?" she says shuddering.

she wanted out, she wanted to kill! she wanted to strap herself to her bed so she couldn't kill! she didn't know what she wanted!

"Okay." Ed takes hold of Nyx's hand and leaves the building. He looks around, seeing that people were starting to get back into their vehicles. They were acting like nothing had happened. But Ed couldn't do that. Because he knew that something had. They leave downtown and enter the neighborhood. His grip tightens on Nyx's hand as he glances down at her and asks, "Are you sure you're okay?"

"i'm fine...just y'know...shaken..." she says trying to keep her mouth as closed as possible what with her fangs almost showing....

she hoped disastor didn't strike next time they had a date....

"Alright. Be safe. . .please." Ed says, the concern clear in his voice. He stops in front of her house, and gives her a quick kiss. "Okay?"

"of course～" she responds, kissing him "it's you i'm worried about... i'm already at home! you make it back safely ok? or y'know... you could stay i-in one of the guest rooms..." she says, not looking at him as her face goes red.

she'd never invited a boy over here that wasn't to eat....

"If that's alright with you? Because you don't really seem all too sure. . ." Ed quietly laughs, his hand still tightly grasping hers.

"y-yeah it's fine it's just that if my brothers get word of this.... you're dead" she laughs nervously "or at the very least, wishing it～" she smiles lightly as she unlocks the door and drags him inside with her.

"It hadn't even been an entire day, but I'm already exhausted and ready to sleep." Ed laughs, trying to help lighten up the mood.

"help yourself to food if you want, you can take cerberus' room. it's just down the hall" she states as she wanders off towards the kitchen "you'll know the door when you see it. it's got a carving of a certain dog on it～" she chimes as she makes some sandwhiches to make up for the deli.

"Alright. Thank you." Ed nods as he goes to check out the room. He strolls through the hallway, his shoulders sagged. He finds the door and opens it, taking a look around the room and smiling at how nice it was. He then heads to the kitchen and sighs. "Something strange is going on in Edgley. . ." He couldn't help but speak up.

"i know." she says as she hands him the sandwhich " it feels powerful... like REALLY powerful...." she says closing her eyes as she takes a bite of her own sandwhich.

"Do you know what's going on?" Ed wonders aloud after saying thanks for the sandwich. He then takes a bite and smiles, his mouth watering. "And this is amazing by the way."

"who knew it was so easy to please a guy" she laughs "and sorry no....." she frowns "if i knew anything i'd tell you anyway...." she states.

Ed gives a light chuckle, and then says, "Okay. Well I don't want to think about it too much right now. Right now, I'm going to think about how great it is to spend time with you." He nods.

"well we could watch a film before i feel the need to collapse in my bed～" she suggested as she wandered over to the living room, grasping ed's hand as she passes him to take him with her.

Ed nods in agreement and yawns, and sits down on one of the couches. He grabs a nearby blanket, spreading it out so the two could share.

she leans her head on his shoulder and sighs contently "yep. deffinitley lucky number 13...." she mutters as she yawns slightly.

Ed wraps an arm around her to hold her close under the blanket, and he starts to drift into sleep as they sit there.

she sighs once more as she closes her eyes, beginning to drift off into sleep herself.

such warmth.... it was like being home again....

Ed's eyes slowly open to sunlight, he looks to see Nyx, and lightly smiles. It's Sunday. . . that means tomorrow there is school. Maybe he and Nyx could do something today without there being an interruption.

Odette wakes up in her room, squinting against the morning sunlight. She had a horrible nightmare last night. . .

Blake was home now terrified at what he witnessed..." whatever that was it was pure evil" he thought

nyx yawns as she wakes up, stretching slightly.

her eyes open wide as she realises what or....who she's been sleeping on "m-morning" she stammers.

"Hey." Ed quietly laughs, his face a slight red when he realizes that they had ended up sleeping together.

Odette looks at the calendar on her wall, seeing that it is a Sunday. She crawls out of bed, and grasps onto her head. She had a throbbing migraine.

"breakfast?" she asks, smiling at him as she kisses his cheek and starts to get up.

"Sounds good." Ed nods in agreement before standing. He stretches and gives another yawn. "Believe it or not, I'm a pretty good cook." He chuckles.

"well then you get to show it off seeing as i gave you food last night～" she laughed "oh and last night was kind of a disaster huh?" she states simply.

"I'm trying to forget about it." Ed exhales before taking in a ragged breath. He then walks into the kitchen and pulls out eggs and bacon from her fridge. He then finds pancake mix in a cupboard. "But it's harder than it sounds." He mutters to himself.

"y'know, we could go to the park nearby for a picnic if you're up to it to make upfor last night～" she suggests, standing up and stretching.

"That sounds very nice actually. . . but I think the Annual Edgley Picnic is today? Where they have games and competitions and lots and lots of food, and then at the end of the day a big bonfire. Would you like to go to that?" Ed smiles as he finishes making pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. He sets them on a table. "Sorry. It's not much. I could cook you a big and fancy dinner at my house, since we have just about everything a chef needs. . . thanks to my mom."
