: L O S T . D E M O N :

"Thank you master" she says as she follows his order...

"I will speak to ..Monty.. maybe the hunters will protect us.. " he says..."What about your father.. are you ever going to speak to him.. he won't like that your dating a demon" he says

"Too late for that. We've sorta already had our fun." Ed smirks to himself as he walks into a Starbucks. Then, he frowns as he speaks, "And no. My father walked out of my life six years ago. He's the oldest hunter. . . well now he works on creating new weapons. But I don't want anything to do with him or his work."

The king sits down in his throne, and growls. "Odette. . . Regina. . . how could you do this to your own father?" He slams the scepter against the ground, and releases a loud roar. . . causing an earthquake somewhere in the world.

"Well i will probably have to talk to him.. i may need his help.. and i want to be able to fight for odette it bothers me.. how do you deal with it ..Nyx could do amazing things and i feel like dead weight.. i stepped in from of odette to protect her.. and was hit by a wave of wind.. and it felt like my chest was going to be crushed

"I just accept the fact that I'm human." Ed replies, quietly laughing. "We have our limits, but demons also have theirs. But maybe that's how humans have survived for so long, because they know how weak they are compared to demons. But they use it to their advantage. Demons don't expect it when a human steps up and speaks out. Sometimes actions don't speak as loud as words can. And sometimes the simplest of actions scream out to the world." He walks out of the cafe, a cup of steaming coffee in hand.

"I guess thanks for the talk so whats new with you and nyx" he asked

Lycos was in the void chained up..."AAAHH i could deal with exile..its just SOO BORING" he says

"Nothing that you need to know." Ed chuckles, taking a sip of his drink and then fixing his glasses.

The king was in distress, and the gem on his scepter glows. He lifts it up, and then holds it out in front of him. A burst of flames form at the tip, and then spiral outwards and away. A cloud of smoke forms, and when it disappears Lycos is there.
"Lycos. Fool. There is something I need you for." The king growls.

Lycos coughs.. not expecting to be pulled from exile.."Ahh..what.. oh something big must have happened if you brought me back.. what do you need..king" he says

"Ok" blake says chuckling.."I hope you try to change her.. demons kill and eat humans.. i don't ever want to see odette like that again so i will do my best to protect her" he says.. "You can't stand by and allow her to kill.. demons have laws but so do we.. you don't want the hunters coming after her" he says

"My daughter. . . Odette. . . Regina. . . she has broken two laws." The king responds, his voice distant with disbelief.

"She has to eat, though. Asking her to stop eating people would be like asking a lion to stop eating meat." Ed laughs, his tone apologetic. "And maybe Odette doesn't need protection? She is the queen, Blake. So don't get so worked up. She can handle herself pretty well. I've been doing my research on demons, and Nyx has told me quite a bit. Just don't let Odette release her true form. . . otherwise we won't be seeing another day."

"How am i suppose to stop her she's a demon.. if she is ever pushed to that limit what am i suppose to do.. talk her down.. i don't want her to ever use her powers again.. tell the hunters what you know.. about demons if they are more informed they can do better against the demons so she won't have to..i'm in love with her.. im suppose to protect her .. if nyx was on the verge of death.. would you fight for her.. or let her handle it on her own" he says

"AND.. what do you want me to do about it..you stripped my powers.. and if she's a queen now i definitely can't stand up to her now.. maybe when she was still a princess" he says

"I would stand up and fight." Ed replies with a sigh, "But I don't want ANYTHING to do with the hunters. I'm keeping this information for myself. If I tell the hunters, that makes me a traitor. Blake, I'm on the side of the demons. And if you love Odette like you say, then so are you. But if you wish to speak to my father then I'll send you his number. But I have to go now. Nyx will be throwing a party on Halloween night. . . you and Odette should come."
With that, Ed hangs up. He sends Blake his father's number, and then puts the phone away.

"I shall give you your powers back. But you are not allowed to leave Hell. Not yet. Give Odette time. Maybe she will come to her senses. Until then, train. With this." He tosses Lycos a sword. "It is one of the royal weapons, the only thing that can cause harm to the queen."

Lycos smiles..."Alright.. then we have a deal.. just say the word and i'll go" he says

Blake looks at the phone.."im not on the side of demons.. im on the side that keeps odette alive and in her human form.. whether that be hunters or demons.Ed.. someday you may have to make a decision that nyx won't like but it will have to be done" he thought...As he dials Ed's fathers number

"Until then. Get out of my sights." The king snarls as he summons demons to train with Lycos.

Michael looks over at his phone. He was working on the blueprints for a new weapon. Slowly, he reaches over and picks up the phone. "Hello? Ed? Dianna?"
There were only two people who ever called him by this number. Ed or his ex-wife.

"No sir its Blake..Blake Ryse.. Ed's friend.. son of Andreus and Samantha Ryse.. they...(he takes a deep breath) they were hunters" he says

Lycos goes off with the demons.."Now if you all lose your heads don't blame me.. and someone tell me what type of demon is Odette what element.. she may be able to command them all but whats her primary ability.. what element does she have greatest control over" he asks

Michael's eyes widen slightly, and then his face drops. "Sorry kid but I don't have time to chat with some dead hunters' kid. I have very important work to do."

The demons burst into a fit of laughter. One of them stops and looks at Lycos. "I don't know how long you've been chained up for, but Odette's primary thing isn't elements. It's something that no demon can comprehend. The king probably picked you because he doesn't want to kill you himself. One look from the queen and you go poof." They snort before continuing on their way towards the training grounds.

"Really" he says as he cuts one demon down in half..."For all your information.. i was locked away when she was just born.. i was exiled because i tried to overthrow the king while she was young while he was distracted while she was being born.. didn't work out to well..." he says gripping the blade.."Fine.. i'll ask him if there is any way i can protect myself.. but in due time.. for now.. let the training resume" he says

"Look don't hang up i need your help.. i need your help..im trying to protect someone i am too young to be a hunter but if you give me some weapons maybe i can convince Monty i have what it takes to be a hunter and besides i could do good field testing for your weapons" he says

The demons look at Lycos and nod. They all knew about Lycos. The reason for him being exiled. In their eyes, he was just another fool who tried to kill the king.

"You're just a kid. We don't like kids in this organization. Especially ones who are blinded by love." Michael replies, his voice bitter and harsh. He had let love go the day he left Ed and his wife. They had only gotten in the way of his work. . . "We all have those we want to protect. That's the point in being a hunter. We protect the entire world from those damn creatures."

Monty is in his office, sipping a cup of coffee.

Montgomery "Monty":

"So what are you saying.. i have to cut ties with the woman i love if you will give me the tools to fight for her" he says

Lycos.. looks at them.. he could read their minds by the way they looked at him... "don't give me that .. don't pity me.. im no fool not anymore.. i saw the king becoming soft.. love makes a king weak .. but it also made him strong.. he wouldn't allow me to have power he exiled me to protect the ones he loved.. i will obey him now that i have seen real strength.. the strength of his conviction and love" he says.."But i will obey the rules.. i won't let odette escape justice even if it kills me" he says

*insert this long ass post i wrote about nyx bringing these two pedophiles home and knocking them out for halloween using a frying pan that i wrote and it wouldn't post HERE!*

Michael is about to speak, but Monty swipes the phone away from him. "So you are Andy and Sam's kid, huh?" He chuckles. He has a low, loud, yet gruff voice, one that is full of energy and life. "The name is Montgomery Smith, but you may call me Monty! I hear you are having some issues. What's up?" He sits down on Michael's desk, crosses his legs, and guzzles the cup of coffee.
"Hey, Mikey, could you get me some more coffee. Extra bitter." He whispers, handing the mug to Michael. Michael takes the cup and walks out of his own office, blinking in confusion.

"Love. . ." The demons mutter amongst themselves.

Ed is on his way back to Nyx's house, carrying several bags.

nyx sighs as she stares at the bodies on her kitchen floor "ugh at least there's no blood to clean up... just greasy molester stains on my tiled floor..." she frowns.

" oh well~!" she chimes as her tail picks one up by the waist and she grabs the other in a cobra vice grip around his throat as she drags them out of the kitchen "feels good to help little kids out doesn't it mr foster? what's that? oh! i forgot~ you abuse the kiddies and kill them~! that's your way of helping huh?" she shrugs " to each their own i guess " she laughs as they hit numerous peices of furniture.

Ed walks into the house, and watches Nyx walking with the dead bodies. He felt like throwing up, and then gets lightheaded. Before Ed could say anything, he faints.

(Hahaha Ed shall see them as dead. . . he doesn't know any better XD)

Lycos smiles..."few demons understand...our hearts are closed until we come to a realization..being exiled i contemplated why i was unsuccessful.. and i finally understood..lets just train.. one day you will all realize" he says

"Yes i want weapons and be trained as a official hunter.. i have the physique and ability i just want the weapons and training ..please i have to protect her.. come on Monty i know im young.. but i want a chance.. i know some things and if they come to pass then we are all dead.. " he says as he looks at odette who is still with her aunt...

The demons look at each other, and then nod. Then, they begin to train with Lycos, using their own demonic blades.

"We'll have to meet in person. But I'm not open for another week. As head of these hunters, I've got a lot of work. How does next Thursday sound, Blake?" Monty asks. Michael comes back into the room and gives him a cup. With a thanks, Monty takes the mug and guzzles all of the coffe. "DAMN! THAT'S BITTER!" He shouts.

"Fine.." he says "just call me when to come" he says hanging up
Blake walks up to Odette..."Umm Nyx and Ed are having a halloween party.. would you like to go" he asks

Odette looks over at Blake, and she thinks for a moment. With a warm smile, she replies, "Sounds like it could be fun. Let's see. . . that's in three days. I have some time to think of a costume. There will probably be a lot of demons there. They'll probably just go in their true forms." Odette couldn't do that. She didn't even dare going half. She would rather blend in with Ed and Blake than with the other demons.

"He says he has the physique and ability. . . but he doesn't even know the half of being a hunter." Monty exhales, and then shoves his cup in Michael's face. "More coffee."
With an angry mutter to himself, Michael takes the cup and leaves.

"Ok..I'll go home" he says.."I been to hell twice in one day i need some rest" he says

nyx sees ed and rolls her eyes "men" she mutters as she drops the guys and walks over to ed, her tail lightly slapping him in the face "ed~ wake up dear~ i need help carrying them downstairs...." she says gently.

"you'd think they ate the kids what with how heavy they are...." she curses.
