this is good news. Within a week, private sites will have a flame-proof excuse to limit IE6 support - from what I've seen, IE7 looks roughly on par with opera9 on CSS features.

Private sites yes, but not the majority.

I've been trying to get the left bar that used to be on ASE Labs back and it is nearly impossible. Getting things to work with standards and IE... crazy. I finally got something to work right in IE that should work the same in Firefox and it doesn't.

i have been using the new ie, i got to say, i like what I see so far, although I think it do take a bit more resource though.
