[nit-picking] It's kVltness. The uber "u" is supposed to stand out.[/nit-picking]

I'm going to guess... Festering. Or Fester. Perhaps even pessimist... Eh, um... Skullfucked maybe? I'm not sure. But I do know that it begins with at least an "F" or a "P", maybe a D but I doubt, and has an E and a T in it. It looks like a G towards the end too...

Foetopsy?! What the fuck? That isn't even close to anything that may be considered a word in any language ever.

There is indeed a word in there. Or rather, a collection of letters.

Plus, it's at least, related to a word.

It is kvlt when the band itself has only sold six copies of their album, and four of them were sold to their mothers. Razz

Actually I've never heard this band. But there was a thread about Unreadable Logos at a board I used to post at, and some one posted this. And I've gotta say, it's the most unreadable one I've come across....ebar.

EDIT: And actually, it's probably got to do with some greek prefix. Or latin. Or something of that nature. But it's not a real world, that I'm sure of.

Well, it's not completely unreadable. I mean, if given lots of time you could figure it out. The F is really viewable, as is the E and the T and the Y. The Os were the hardest to find, at least for me anyway.

kVlt refers to black metal bands though... That band is just... unheard of and thus 'underground'.

Actually, given the internet, the term "underground" has become rather meaningless.

And kvlt does not only refer to black metal bands.
For example, Ichi The Killer... the most violent movie ever made.
It's Japanese. It probably has no plot. The acting probably sucks.
There's probably way more blood and gore than needed.
But I'm going to see it. Why?
Cause it's kvltttttttt.

Same with stuff like Arcane Sun. They're kvlt, because they have a cult following. Only a few people have ever really heard of them, and like them, so that's where the term is strung from. Razz

Haha, dude I love everything about Xasthur. One day I'm going to order the Director's Cut of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but watch with with Xasthur playing in the background instead of the actual sound.

You've heard Mayhem right?

You'll probably dig Unearthly Trance too. Real neat stuff. Because you like black metal. And doom.
And they play 'blackened doom'. So it's all good.
I'd reccomend Khanate, but that might be just a little too far from what you're used to. Smile

Actually I much prefer the anglophile way of spelling to the crude form of English we use in America.
