My eyes narrow further as my hand travels instinctively to one of the pockets in my belt. Pathetic. Inferior. The names ring in my head, but I stop myself as I come to my senses. If I were to attack Talon, the odds would not be in my favour - He would call on his ally and Leon would be much too far away to hear me. I'm confident, but not that confident. With a lot of effort on my part, I turn away from the boy, attempting to ignore his jeers.
Is that all? What a boring girl. Talon thought to himself. Though the conversation boost his confidence, his partner's action still puzzled her. Wanting to wake her up, Talon picked a rock on the ground but as he were to throw it, a slight noise is heard. To be much more specific, the bushes rustled, making the blonde guy turn to his quiet surroundings.
Still concentrated on his potential prey that is hiding, he felt a presence behind his back. Tightening the grip he has on his weapon, Talon turned around and swung his weapon, only for it to be dodged by a girl. His machete hit the tree, few of the wood splinters flew. Looking at the girl, he noticed that it was his partner. Talon relaxed his tensed body, taking out his stuck weapon out of the tree. Looking at his partner, the blonde guy noticed Sparkle with a murderous glint on her eyes. He knew that she was highly irritated.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Wren whipped her head around as she heard the weapon become embedded in the bark and she blinked confusedly over at the two tributes from One. Realising that Talon had mistaken Sparkle for an enemy tribute, the red headed began to laugh - really laugh. Boy, she looks mad. Wren continued to laugh as she glanced Sparkle up and down and then moved her gaze over to Talon. She watched intently.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing, Talon?" The District One girl smiled sickeningly sweet at her partner. The blonde guy felt a chill on his back. Shit! I shouldn't have-- The guy's thought interrupted, Talon let out a brief yell then gritted his teeth in pain. Struck with a fast movement and the surprised expression of the District One boy, Sparkle couldn't help but smile evilly.
Kicking him on his groin and on the ground in pain, helped made her day. "That's payback, asshole!" She crackled, then giggled at her partner's form. "Though I understand your reason for almost chopping me with your weapon, you really should check before you do something."
Talon simply gave up. Still holding his groin, he smirked, knowing that the friend who's in front of him is the normal Sparkle. But hell, this still hurt! He thought to himself, still kneeling on the ground.

"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
By this time, Wren had already erupted into a fit of giggles and had disappeared around the back of the tree trunk, slouching down onto her backside. She hid, fearing that her laughter might give Talon reason to despise her even further. It was too much for her at this moment.
Hearing the giggles of the Two girl, Sparkle only ignored it, then smiled at her partner, knowing very well that what she did was really funny. Talon, however, didn't take it as well as Sparkle. Slowly rising up, he stood his ground then picked his weapon up, tightly griping the handle. Sparkle though stopped him from doing anything rash. "Don't make a big deal out of it," she started, though in a whispering voice, "she'll be useful in many ways later." The blonde District One said to her angry partner. "Well, if you say so. . ." Talon replied, relaxing his grip. "At least, not for now." He smirked as he said the last phrase aloud, as if warning the small girl.
(Time skip? So that you can start with your other plans. . .)
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
(Okay~! Sort of forgotten what I was going for, but here goes!)
D A Y T W O:
Wren rose with the sun, stretching out both of her arms and yawning. She was surprised to see that Leon was already up and standing guard. Crawling out from the mouth of the silver stucture, Wren straightened herself up and arched her back, muttering a good morning to her district partner who smiled back, before resuming his usual serious facial expression,
"So there's the siblings from Four, the girl from Five, the little blind girl from Six, the boy from Seven, both from Eight, the girl from Eleven and us left," Leon murmured, counting on his fingers, "So that's twelve down and twelve to go. . ."
Wren nodded, tying her hair back into a high ponytail.
The blonde girl also woke up, seeing that her partner was also sleeping. Standing up, she nudged Talon and his eyes opened. As if unaware of his surroundings, he closed his eyes once again, only to be met with a slap to his face. The awful sound it made woke him up from his half-assed slumber then Talon glared at his partner. "What the hell was that for, Spark?"
The girl simply looked at him, expressionless. "No time to waste. We need to give them entertainment." She replied back, holding to her weapon. The District One girl walked towards the Two and asked, "So, where should we go?"
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Wren spun on her heels to meet the blonde girl's eyes, nodding a greeting to her before biting down on her lip, apparently in thought, "Leon says there are easy pickings,"
"I didn't say that-" the older boy interrupted her but Wren carried on regardless,
"The little blind girl is still out there, and so's the one from Eleven," Wren had always assumed that those from the outer districts were stupid and did not know how to handle a weapon.
Ignoring the other guy's statement, Sparkle simply nodded in understanding. She, then, walked back towards Talon to receive the information. Still out of it, though awake, Talon also nodded. Both are strangely quiet, but regardless, looked more intimidating. Sparkle then, on her right hand, held her axe. The blonde girl walked towards Wren, "Let's go?" She asked, bored as hell.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
"You know the girl from Eleven got a nine as a training score, right?" Leon asked Wren, eyebrow raised. Wren scoffed, not really appearing to care. She had gotten a ten, same as Leon. One of the highest scores. As Sparkle approached, Wren nodded semi-enthusiastically, before glancing at Leon,
"Do you want to stay?" Leon sighed before nodding,
"Fine I'll stand guard." Wren shot him a thankful glance before jerking her head and gesturing for Sparkle and Talon to follow her. Leon watched and hid a smile as he watched the five foot girl attempt to take charge of such an intimidating group.
Though he felt he was being underestimated, Talon simply let it go. Day is different at Night. As much as possible, he needed to be aware of his surroundings, mostly where they are visible. Sparkle, however, looked pissed off by the actions of Wren. "Tch. . ." She clicked her tongue, gripping her axe. She lets go of her frustration by letting out a heavy sigh.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Under the cover of the trees, Wren became like a bird of prey taking in every small movement. She even sensed that she had irritated the other alliance members but she didn't care at this moment. Sending no presence, human or animal, she turned around suddenly, "We should find water; where there's water, there's probably tributes," she bit down on her lip, possibly waiting for approval of her idea.
Sparkle looked at the distance, apparently ignoring the girl. Talon simply nodded his head in agreement. The girl made sense and pathetic pride isn't something that should be prioritized right now. After all, he shouldn't stray away from the plan Sparkle created.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Glancing over at the preoccupied Sparkle, Wren made brief eye constant with Talon before turning once more, returning to a predatory stance as she moved keeping her eyes and ears open for any signs of life.
The rustling of trees, the swaying leaves, and the trees covering the light of the sun, only light footsteps are heard. None spoke, only listening to their surroundings. The loud beating of their heart because of excitement and nervousness are heard, to each of their own.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
It was a long time until they found anything. Wren's ears perked up as she heard the sounds of running water and her steps quickened as she ceased to tread carefully. Sure enough, a shallow river ran through the collection of trees, but there were no tributes to be seen. Wren frowned a little, slightly disappointed.
Seeing the actions of the District Two girl, the two became alert. Following behind Wren, they were also disappointed that there were no tributes near the river. Slightly relaxing her tensed form, Sparkle sighed, though quietly. The adrenaline on her body that had been acting up after they set out in this route was now gone. Letting her guard down, Talon tapped the girl's shoulder, making her know that she's too careless. The blonde girl, in turn, readied herself once more, following the petite girl in front of them. Walking carefully, they set out silently to the said river. Hearing slight 'unnatural' noises, Sparkle ordered her partner to watch their backs, in which the boy complied.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Wren's head whipped up as a shrill cry was heard. Out of nowhere, a blue feathered object flew out from cover, aiming straight for her head. The redheaded girl jumped out of the way quickly, and the thing smashed into the tree trunk head first, it's beak becoming stuck in the bark. Without hesitation, the girl took a knife and threw it straight through the animal, which gave a shriek before going still, eyes wide as it remained motionless and pinned to the bark. Tentatively, Wren made her way over, grimacing as she recognised it, "Jabberjay. . ." she murmured.
Both the District One Careers were wide-eyed as they saw what Two did. Having fast movements and agility, the instinct that also surpassed them, the two blonde players felt a cold chill run down their spine. Trying to revert their focus on what had happened, the current predicament they're in isn't something to joke about. Forgetting that there aren't only tributes that are a threat is the most shameful act they had done. Being alert once more, they concentrated in their surroundings but, now they felt threatened by the existence of this Two girl.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Wren frowned at their expression, "What's wrong?" she tilted her head, "It's just a mutt," As if to prove her point, Wren pulled the knife from the bird and tossed it aside like a piece of trash. Wiping the excess blood onto her waterproof jacket, Wren smiled smally at them before placing her knife back into her pocket.
"Nothing. . ." Sparkle mumbled under her breath. "Let's just go. . ." The blonde girl said in a low, commanding voice. Obviously, the girl was irritated by being insensitive at her surroundings. Talon, then, walked near Sparkle as to say that he agreed.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Wren's smile faded as the blonde girl spoke, but she proceeded to follow behind with caution, constantly glancing around her. The silence was awkward, and Wren wished she had brought Leon.
Randomly walking in the sea of forest and light shining on them, the two followed Sparkle. Out in the open, the light slightly blinded the girl but as she adjust her sight, she saw a faint shadow. The blonde girl pointed to the direction and Talon leaped in action. Running to the location specified, the District One boy disappeared in view, leaving the two girls behind. "Shall we relax then?" Sparkle said as she turned to Wren with a smile on her face.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
(I might roleplay as other tributes if that's cool?)
Wren stared after Talon desperately wanting to get another Jill for the cameras. She let out a small sigh before nodding, "Sure. Fine. Whatever." she said quite bluntly.
Scorpii, the male tribute from Seven, gasped as he heard the rustle of leaves nearby. Axe in hand, he turned to face whatever might come his way. The boy had dark, shaggy hair with matching brown eyes. He was tall and fairly muscular, obviously used to handling a weapon.
"So. . ." Sparkle decided to start the conversation, a smile on her face, obviously entertained as what will happen next. "Are you and Leon together?" She asked.
(Is what Scorpii seeing Talon? Quite confused... Sorry bout that...)
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
"Huh?" Wren seemed confused at this, her face contorting to a frown as she glanced Sparkle up and down, "I don't really know. . . what you mean?" Did she mean we're they friends? It was obvious that they knew one another.
Taking her ignorance as rejection, Sparkle continued to tease the girl, much for her own entertainment. "Hmm. . . what I meant is that are you in a relationship? Like lovers." The girl grinned, looking happy about the conversation.
Talon scanning the specified surroundings, he continued to walk silently. Everything around here can be a surprise. A few twigs was stepped on which made him angry for the sound. Looking at his partner, the blonde guy saw her having a nice chat with Two which made him slightly annoyed, though slightly. As long as their plan succeeded, all is fine.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
Wren turned a bright shade of red and narrowed her eyes before snapping, "No! We're just friends! W-We've. . . We've always been friends. . ." the young girl moved her gaze away from Sparkle, "Not that it's any of your business. . ." she also murmured.
Scorpii bit his lip as the noises became clearer, and he began to panic. The older boy glanced around desperately for somewhere to go.
"Eh? It is my business you know. . ." She leaned forward, gazing at her fellow, temporary teammate. "You see, I've been interested. And I want to honestly know how you feel. I don't want to hurt you. At least, physically. For now, anyways." She turned to her partner then waved her hand. "Hey! If there isn't anything, come back~" She smiled brightly to Talon.
Talon, in turn, nodded but replied back. "A little later. Girl's talk are disgusting!" He yelled, enough for them to hear.
"I'm not using anime as a reason to escape reality. I use it to realize more about the reality."
