Realistic Patrolman Pro-14 Scanner

Couldn't really find a topic for this post so I put it here.

Anyone know anything about Scanners I have this one and would like to play around with it it don't have any Channels that it is picking up right now. Due to probably needing upgraded Crystals is my Presumption anyone with nay info of this scanner lend a helping hand.
