Poor animation.
Poor storylines.
Neither.

I honestly think our standard for animation is going down.
Especially because of the boycotted <sub>anime</sub>. I do not mean to mention it, but most of the animation coming from Japan is God-awful. There are a few exceptions though.

Anyway.
If we are going to talk poorly drawn cartoons, then Samurai Jack pwns you.

OKAY! That's it for anime! I'm done and will never mention it again!

EDIT: Teen Titans is the biggest wanna-be anime show in existence. In second place is some short lived, retarded show called Totally Spies.

EDIT2: Oh, and the Justice League can suck my balls because they're really good at sucking. God, that show sucks.
