GTA 4 Day

Post impressions of the game if you have it!

First impressions were, "wow"... Best game by far, HUGE city, awesome cars, amazing graphics, great weapon sounds. Extremely interesting story line so far, go out and buy it, if you can find it. It seriously makes you feel like your in Manhattan and the outer boroughs.

I would disagree. While it is a huge step up from the other GTA's, it's not the best game that I've played. I think it'll be a ton of fun and I can't wait to get into the storyline. It is very city like though, I wouldn't say I feel like I'm in NYC, but something vaguely similar to it. From the bit that I've played I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

It is pretty good. I find some quirkiness to the camera in the car. It should be a bit higher when driving. It also doesn't move fast enough when going backwards to forwards.

Yeah, now my game is having all these read errors. It keeps freezing after a certain while and says disk read error.

I may swap the game and then if that doesn't work, I'll get the console swapped from the people I bought it from.

If you press the back button while driving it gives you a few different viewpoints when you're driving. There's one with a decently elevated view.

aron... read errors= bad dvd drive in your 360. doubtful it's the disk.

exshinobi = fails again? no. 360 rocks, even if it isn't very reliable. the 3 year warranty helps.

Yeah, it's confirmed. I popped in Halo 2 and it freezes.

my dvd drive pretty much melted itsself, and SpNs harddrive literally deleted itsself.. YOU FAIL MICROSOFT!

2 of my friends at work bought it and they both are getting rid of it as we speak. They just got bored with it. In truth the game is no different from the others, u just have to have an interest in the whole "real life sim" thing in order to love games like GTA4. Especially with the time it takes to reveal the whole story. I'm not gonna "beat it" cause game like those are meant to suck you in and imitate another life so you keep coming back to it everyday. Pretty sad, that sum people actually play it like that. lol

Yeah, The game lasted me about 2 weeks, before I got bored of it. I like the Saint's Row series, and I'm waiting for that to come out.

yeah saints row 2 should be good with the destructable city and stuff. But i think GTA 4 is a good game sure im bored with it but i stil play it some times cause i have to play that to get me Halo 3 to work. Yeah i know weird.
