Getting UT2K4 SE

Does anyone have Unreal Tourny 2004? I was playing it at school, and it seemed right up my alley. Like Tribes without the jetpacks. The game has great graphics and controls for the hour I played it.

I have the demo. Man, does that game kick some serious ass, you have good taste my friend. I don't have enough cash for the actual title as of now, but I'm really itching to play some new levels and ride some new vehicles.

What's your favorite mode? Mine's Onslaught (when it's not lagging -.-).

i just bought the game yesterday and i've been playing all day...the game is awesome and the vehicles are rediculously amazing.

I bought UT2K4 a while back at a Target near Columbus for the uber-cheap price of $35. No idea why it was on sale so early, but I have been playing off an on for a few months. Amazing game. I still don't feel like I have played it enough to say I have experienced all of the play types and maps enough. I finally beat the single player campaign thing. I usually don't play the single player mode opn FPS's, but it is worth it. The whole team management was cool (like stealing other teams' members in a Bloodrites challenge). And guess who's back, Xan.
He leads a team called the Corrupt. They are hard, but beatable in regular play, but when you unlock the championship matches, Xan and gang are ridiculously better than before. The final match with Xan is downright brutal.
Those are not spoilers, btw, they tell you Xan is in the tournament as soon as the tourney starts.
But if team play is not for you, you can still do Instant Action and play free-for-all deathmatchs, or a cool new one I like called Mutant. It's really wierd, but fun as hell.

Well I'm off to play some UT now.

yeah, im getting this when i get my new comp in a few weeks. If u get it tell me ur name so i can play wit u aron. It is a lot like tribes. I remember those tribes days.. actually thats how i came to this site, meeting aron in tribes.
