Exactly the reason why we all ignored them for the past 2 months.

I don't think that teens 13-15 should be having sex at all because they are below the age of consent and if the person happens to be older, that person can get in some stuff he/she didn't ask for. Besides that stuff, if you were to ask a lot of teens who started having sex as a young teen or even younger, a majority of them would say they wish they would have waited. A lot of teens are clueless about the pros and cons of sex so they just jump right into it. Some of them end up with an STD or pregnant. I just think that teens should wait till the age of consent in their state (you can look it up on the net for your state), most states have age 16 as the consenting age. I think at age 16 you start to become more of a young man/woman and you're starting to escalate from a 16 year old young man/woman to an 18 year old man/woman. So 16+ is my opinion.
