I don't understand this. Why did you lock an anime topic on anything goes? Doesn't anything goes mean ANYTHING goes? If anime cannot be a topic on anything goes, then it should be called anything BUT ANIME goes.

OoPart: an artifact that "seems" to be out of context with the surrounding evidence.
Ex.: A fossilized footprint of a human child containing a fossil of a crushed trilobite. Pronounced O-Part.

Do you really think you're the first to make that argument?

A link to the topic in question would be helpful.
More than likely Aron locked it because at that time anime was forbidden in the forums. You have to remember, this is ASE Labs, a computer site. Only recently was the anime board put on to the forums.

What a stupid question you asked. Would you put a topic about motherboards in software? I didn't think so.

because why would you put it in Anything Goes when it could be in the Anime section were it's collective?

I made the same argument on the same comment that someone else made last week. I don't see what's so hard about putting a thread on your favorite animé in the animé sectio

My god...you're so fucking stupid that my mind will explode from the impossible amout of stupid you radiate.

It's not so much because of it being anime. It's fact that there's a designated forum for it. Why not just put it in it's designaed forum, rather than going to the forum that is meant to get the topics thta don't have forums. Music chat isn't tolerated in Anything Goes. Neither are movies and video games. Not even software chat. Why? BECAUSE THEY ALL HAVE THEIR OWN FORUM. Now, if you go to a parking lot with a motorcycle, and theres a seperate section specifically for motorcycles, do you park with the regualar cars? No, you park in the motorcycle section like a normal person.

Aron, I've thought up two solutions for this persistant problem. You could either change the name so fuckheads like these stop asking, or just automatically ban anyone who is so stupid to ask such an impossibly stupid question. I prefer the latter, personally ^_^ Or, you can just do nothing =3 thats fine too

Huh? Signature? What's going on with that signature?

I don't get it. After tons of bitching, I put back an Anime forum... and now I get shit that people can't talk about anime in other non-anime forums.

Remarkable. I ready to just delete that forum again.

GIGO (If you can figure out what that means).

Took a while. I've been wondering if it was before the anime forum was brought back but no one would tell me. I agree on only talking about anime in its on forum. But if this is a computer site only, why talk about music and movies, but not anime (at first) when all three are tech related? Though this argument is null now that anime is allowed. Ya'll delete this topic now since there's no reason for it now. Unless I can delete it myself... *ponders*

Aron had it at first, then the idiots flowed in and drove him to the edge with their retardedness (posting animé in other forums, among many, many other things), so he took it away. Then, slowly, all the idiots left and he brought it back.

It's a fairly simple history lesson that I've had to tell at least five different people

Indeed, had people not been stupid enough not to read the rules about it then this whole thing could have been avoided . . . .but I guess thats asking a little much from the moron population . . .

People with courage and character always seem sinister to the rest.

the real reason for not having anime in the firstplace, was that it attracted the most annoying retards.. ever. once they left, he reoppened anime, and here we are. the music and games was never banned because the people that focused on the music and games werent babling fools.
