let me tell you a little story. years ago there was a man named Vanilla Ice, he didn't steal lyrics, but he did take the rhythm from an already famous song. the rhythm he used was plagiarized from the Queen/David Bowie song under pressure. there was a long Legal battle that ensued. Ice had his lawyers and David Bowie and queen had theirs. the dispute was settled when the writers of under pressure agreed that the tune, although almost exactly the same, Had a one beat difference. and Ice had to admit that the sound to his song, Ice Ice baby, was inspired mostly from the tune of Under Pressure. I garuntee Emunim will not be so lenient with his Lyrics, Considering that he wouldn't even let Weird Al redo his music videos, although he had allowed him to change the lyrics in a parody, which is completely legal, and Impossible to sew agianst sense it goes under freedom of expression. but taking the exact lyrics without permission from the artist is not a parody, and therefor counts as plagiarizm.
