Miers Withdraws

Finally. This stupid crony of Bush that has NO experience has finally given up. Judge Roberts was a good choice because he HAS experience. Miers experience was 'She was my lawyer, and a Christian.' Sorry, that doesn't fly with me.

I'm glad she is gone. I hope this stupid cronyism will stop.

Unfortunately I don't think we'll get anything better with the next nomination. Probably a female version of Scalia or Thomas. The good news is that the Republicans are taking it in the behind no matter which way they turn lately. Indictments for everyone! I love government corruption.

Well, it's a little too late to say this because the next one has already been picked, but he should have held a lottery. It would make just as much sense and be fun to boot!
