MX3000 problem

i've been having problems with my logitech mx3000 kit.. its mouse. if left idle for more than 5mins it no longer responds. d cursor is left frozen and you have to take the batteries out and reinstall it in order for it to work. what could be d problem?

Sounds like the batteries are getting to weak to hold the mouse in sync with the computer. Try fresh batteries. If not, you might have a bad mouse.
