Help My TV broke

Ok, my tv broke and im too broke to buy a new one. Now i have a older laptop and it has both a s-video and RCA conector, but the thing is they are both output, for sending to tv. Is there any way to send picture into the laptop, cuz i really want to play my playstation.

Nope, not without a tuner or capture card. TVs are cheap! You can get one that will suit your need for alot less than $100.
