I think Cohen breaks it down pretty clearly. I dont understand how Cuban can make the point that the end user of bittorrent doesn't understand the program and that will affect the long term usability. The argument is murky because it is an active distribution method, but it is easy. People do not need to understand how a microwave works to use one.
I'm with you. I don't have to know how my doctor performs my surgery, I only need to know that it's working. Bit Torrent is the single most useful p-2-p software there is. And why is Mark Cuban weighing in on torrents? Doesn't he have a basketball team to screw-up or something?
