Ugh ... anyone else have this thing?
In the first year I dropped it from about two feet twice. It kept working for the most part but the big problem is the buttons. The recording button got permanently pressed in *blank look* I have no idea why or how. So I had to disable all the buttons in order to keep it from opening the record program.
Well, finally the button pops back out... but the wheel no longer works. LOL The stylus stopped staying in the side holder. The front covering is peeling away on the right.
I finally figured out a need for the recording program and now it won't work. I can't even consider a complete reset ... too much effort.
Anyone have one of these and did you have a good experience? or a bad one? This one is about two years old and despite these complaints, it still works. The display is crystal clear. The battery still works fine. No problems with tapping the screen when I need to.
I have a Toshiba PPC, but I hardly use it. It's fairly old. I only bought it because I got it for a good price. But, I haven't had any problems on the rare occasions that I do use it.
