What was the first movie you ever saw at the theaters? Fri Apr 13, 2007 3:23:42 AM#36641Perm Link
I don't really remember going to see that movie, but my m other said she took me to see Disney's "Fantasia" Now, the movie I remember watching, was Pinoccio, they played it at my school. What about you? how far can your memory go?
That's much too long ago for me to remember =\ If I had to guess, it was either Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (rerelease) or The Lion King. In anycase, I'm pretty sure it was Disney.
Huh? Signature? What's going on with that signature?
The first movie I remember seeing in the theater was The Little Mermaid...the first one haha.
And all I remember from it was being scared of the blue screen haha.
The first movie that I remember seeing in the theater was Fox and the Hound. I think that was right. Hmmm.. now I wonder if this is what I saw or not! I think I first went to the movies back in 1977, so maybe it was one of the other Disney ones.
I remember seeing Bambi vaguely. I remember more about thinking it sucked. I was more into the exiting stuff as a kid: TMNT, Thundercats, Transformers, Inhumanoids, etc.
I think it was probably an old black and white Tarzan movie with Johnny Weismuller. We used to got the the Saturday Matinees and for 50 cents you got to see 15min of Cartoons and then a movie. Usually it was either Tarzan or the Lone Ranger. This was in the late 60s and early 70s.
The very first one was the Aristocats (Disney), but I remember nothing about it. The first one I remember seeing in the theater was one of the Benji movies. It was probably pretty stupid, but I was completely taken with the big screen.
How about the first movie that was actually worth the bucks shelled out? Mine would be, dang...I can't even think of a single movie that I thought was worth it. Guess I'll just go read a book.
Fantasia is my favorite Disney Movie
I remember seeing Snow White and A Land Before Time as a wee child, probably 3 or 4...
I can't help but feel like I saw something before then.
