Overclocking a AMD Sempron 3000+ w/K8S-LA

Its seems I cant find the multiplier anywhere on my mobo. Im trying to ncrease my FSB so that why I can overclock my processor but cant seem to find the multiplier. Compaq locked the configurations in BIOS to adjust the CPU speed and FSB digitally. So now im stuck doing it physically. In reality I dont want to build a new system(although i probably should) thats why im trying to overclock this asshole of a mobo. I did my research couldnt find ANY info. Can anybody help me out?
