FAQ Time (Again)

I think it is about that time to once again make a FAQ for the site.

No, I'm not talking about posting help, I mean stuff like "how do I register at the site?" or "how do I upload an avatar?" or "what is an avatar!?" I'm thinking I'll be preparing a list of questions that would be helpful to answer. If you have any questions, feel free to post them below. Post as many as you feel should be answered. I'll list more examples.

What is this 'asesessid=blablablablalbla' I see at the end of links sometimes?
How can I change my username/password/email?
Where can I choose my theme?
How can I have more things on a page at once?
Where can I change the default posting options?
Will I have to login at every sister site after I logged into one of them?
What are groups?
How can I hide/show my email address?
What is the 'Date Display' option in the User CP?
What is a signature?
What is a personal quote?
What are extended friends?
How does the friends list work?
What is the session manager and why should I care?
I found a bug/missing feature/have a suggestion, where can I tell someone about it?
What is a profile and why does it change on different sister sites?
How can I help out ASE?
What are attachments?
What are RSS Feeds?
How do I add my system to ASEville?
What is my journal and how do I add to it?

I'll think of more. Post what you think should be answered here as well. By the way, the UArts are done and are waiting for some content! I'll be posting some of my own stuff soon, but I want to see what everyone else has.

What does the message rating mean/do?

Hold on to your questions. I'm making the FAQ member supported as well. I first need to update the authorization tables and the code for the ENTIRE four sites. I may miss some stuff and the sites may break. Be ready for that tomorrow. I have a list of stuff I'm working on.
