How to use WebMarks

This is not so much as a how to as it is when to.

I actually started using it more and more than I thought I would. Everytime I visit a site that is even remotely interesting, I add one. It is very helpful to tag things together to make your links easier to find when you have many of them. I'll add a way to see your previous tags somehow. I just did.
