Truth be told, I am under 18 and I realistically think that, as a minor, I have no right to play, say, Vice City, without my parents' permission (thus meaning they buy it for me). I honestly don't think it is that bad of an idea, constitutional or not.

Then it is up to your parents to decide and instill upon you the determination that you are allowed to purchase and play the game, not the government. My parents gave no restrictions like that.
