Most people don't know about the WHQL logo costing money to get. When I tell this to people they say that Microsoft does work to verify the stability and should get money... They don't see the problem in coming back to a company that holds a monopoly on a particular piece of operating systems to get verification that software and hardware works in their labs... upon paing much money.
