I didn't read more than a few sentences. This is insane - IF there is internet addiction - and I am quite sure there is none - then it'd be a pure mental addiction. Drug addictions can be biologically backed AFAIK.
Before saying "What do you mean, non internet addiction", please thing about what the internet is. The internet is basically a set of cables and computers connected to each other. I personally am happy to throw TCP/IP and DNS under the same term. But - why would anyone be addicted to a piece of infrastructure ?
What people can be addicted to is the WWW with its HTTP back-end, IRC (more addictive) and IM services.

okay, I will take the first step. I am addicted to the internet. I can't live without it. Can we have an IA (internet anonymous). Seriously I don't know how can I live wihout the net.
