"Justifying" spyware? There is NO justification for spyware

of course they wrapped up the spyware in friendly nonsense words. Just like DRM (digital restrictions management) stands for digital rights management and TC (treacherous computing) stands for trusted computing. (like I trust some American billionaire to know what I want to do with my computer better than me.
