I wonder if those are actual DX10 CG rendered videos of the games shown?

Case in point: how can you show off something that isn't even out yet? Meaning DX10. The part of the video with the game Crysis looks the same as the videos that are out all around the internet, like the E3 video, which are rendered in DX9 since DX10 isn't even out yet.
