A chick flick...I usually don't dig those but the beginning was hilarious...

this began the movie Music & Lyrics [loti]
Isn't it great?? I just loved this movie! I enjoy romantic comedies, and both Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant are perfect in this genre. My friends and I were cracking up because we knew from the start that we would have had posters of this band plastered all over our walls growing up (right next to Duran Duran!)
I do think you and I are long lost sisters, because I hate chick flicks too! I honestly can't think of any off the top of my head that I like. I really just watch comedies and historic or music related stuff.
loti. I'm into comedies, like funny comedies haha...hey, there are some movies labeled comedies that aren't funny. And if they made some realistic horror movies, I'd watch those. I like dramas though.
Lately I've been collecting some weird movies, like either rare B movies or WW2 propaganda/training, school scare, grossly inaccurate drug awareness films, and some other oddities like vintage fashion films and banned cartoons. It's so much fun! I find good stuff at Dollar General too, like my $1 double movie feature dvd of "Attack of the Killer Shrew" and "The Giant Gila Monster."
I've been waiting over a month to get my Lost and Found Video Night dvds from 5Minutestolive.com (they suck, apparently)...if you have seen these you'd know how awesome they were, a bunch of rare random, unusual and insane clips and outtakes.
My favorite movie though is The Monkees' Head. Very weird and a great soundtrack.
