Samsung Launches Galaxy S4 with Custom Templates Developed with Tencent's Story Camera for Enhanced Mobile Photography
SHENZHEN, China, July 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Samsung held a launch event for its new product Galaxy S4 Zoom in Beijing on July 2 following the recent launch in London. The Story Camera is available in Android and iOS versions, and allows for sharing photos on China's most popular social sites including Qzone, Weixin, Tencent Weibo and Sina Weibo. The Story Camera 1.2 that will be launched in July will be able to measure height above sea level, speed and distance - a function that is not only compelling but also practical.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Turns to Gamification to Help Consumers Manage Their Healthcare Costs
Registration rates for pilot program with Change Healthcare 90 percent higher than expected; users award platform high marks for overall satisfaction
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., July 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Game mechanics - including points, badges and leader boards - may be a key to controlling rising healthcare costs, say executives leading a recently completed pilot program by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. The state's first healthcare plan has adopted a solution from Change Healthcare(®) called Healthcare University(TM),( )which uses videos, quizzes, games and game mechanics to make benefits education easy and impactful,( )to teach consumers how their benefits work and how to make value-based healthcare decisions.
For the pilot, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota implemented Healthcare University for its own employees. The goal was to recruit 20 percent of employees to the platform, however, registration rates exceeded that target by 90 percent, with each user completing an average of eight courses. Course subjects included health insurance basics, benefits selection, billing and ways to save. A user satisfaction survey revealed employees awarded the platform an A- for overall satisfaction.
Based on the successful pilot, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota will introduce the platform to its members during the upcoming open-enrollment period.

The extension of the power plant was officially inaugurated by the Prime Minister of
Ivory Coast, His Excellency, Daniel Kablan Duncan, during a ceremony held on the 1st of
July at the project site in the capital Abidjan.
The event was also attended by the UK Minister for Africa, The Right Honourable Mark
Simmonds and the Ivory Coast Minister of Mines and Energy, The Honourable Adama Toungara.
Senior management of CI-Energies and Aggreko were also in attendance.
The 200 MW from the Aggreko power plant injects vital capacity into the local grid,
helping to keep essential infrastructure and services running, while also ensuring power
supplies are maintained to both business and domestic users.

This latest service pack brings additional industry-standard hardware support and open source features and enhancements to SUSE Linux Enterprise 11, the most interoperable platform for mission-critical computing - across physical, virtual and cloud environments. With Service Pack 3, customers can achieve better workload performance in a more scalable, secure and cost-effective manner.
