Silverbrook Research Reaches Agreement With Memjet
SYDNEY, May 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Silverbrook Research today announced it has reached an agreement with Memjet which will enable the continued commercialization of Memjet's revolutionary color printing technology and which provides for the settlement of litigation in the UK, Ireland and Oklahoma.
Under the agreement, all legal claims between the parties will be withdrawn.
Also under the agreement, Memjet will assume direct ownership and control of the intellectual property portfolio related to the Memjet Technology, which includes some 4,000 issued and pending patents globally.
