open situation management solution to increase the effectiveness and

TechFaith and BEIID to Establish Joint Venture Company For Development of Production Line in Beijing

(NASDAQ: NFLX) and Miramax today announced a multi-year agreement under which Netflix members in the U.S. will be able to instantly watch some of the world's most loved and acclaimed motion pictures from the Miramax film library. It is the first time Miramax titles have become available through a digital subscription service.
Beginning in June, Netflix members in the U.S. will be able to instantly watch several hundred Miramax movies, with dozens of titles being added on a rotating basis. The movies can be watched on multiple platforms, including TV, tablet, computer and mobile phones. Financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.

Autonomy to acquire selected key assets of Iron Mountain's digital division
including archiving, eDiscovery and online backup. For customers, this means
access to Autonomy's advanced technology for information governance in
secure, private clouds in data centers around the world.

Acquisition Highlights
- Cash consideration of $380 million (subject to a final
working capital adjustment), funded from Autonomy's existing cash reserves.
Post-closing Autonomy expects to have a gross cash balance of at least $700
million.
- Adds over six petabytes of data under management and more
than 6,000 customers to Autonomy's customer base, bringing Autonomy's private
cloud data to over 25 petabytes and total customer base to over 25,000.
- Assets acquired include digital archiving, eDiscovery and
online backup and recovery solutions of Iron Mountain Digital, but not the
technology escrow service and a medical records archive service and other
smaller operations which were recently shut down.
- Active Iron Mountain Digital customers will continue to be
supported without disruption.
- Autonomy to offer Connected, the digital data protection
product, to existing Autonomy customers across enterprise server, PC and
mobile devices. The addition of this product drives non-regulatory and
structured data into our cloud-based information processing platform.
- Expected go-forward revenues of approximately $130 million
to $140 million.
- Expect to achieve cost synergies of approximately $40
million per annum over the first year from completion, from a combination of
efficiencies from utilization of Autonomy's IDOL server technology and
duplicative general and administrative, data center and marketing programs.
- Restructuring costs of approximately $10 million expected in
the two quarters following completion.
- Acquisition expected to have traditional effect on gross
margins and operating margins in first few quarters following completion with
the result of slight earnings dilution in the first quarter after close,
neutral for the full year 2011, and expected adjusted earnings per share
accretion of approximately 15% in 2012. We would expect gross margins and
operating margins to return to historical levels within one to two quarters
of completion.
- Moderate brought forward tax losses will be assumed.
Timetable and Financial
The acquisition is subject to regulatory review and customary closing
conditions and is expected to close within approximately 45 to 60 days. Based
on the Iron Mountain group's audited accounts for the year ended December 31,
2010, the adjusted OIBDA (as defined in the Iron Mountain accounts)
attributable to their full worldwide digital business was $27.5 million,
whilst the profits attributable to the acquired assets for the year ended 31
December 2010 are break-even on a pro forma basis.

'Smart Enabling' distribution transformers help utilities realize true grid reliability, cost and energy savings
MONTCHANIN, Del., May 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GridSense, a portfolio company of Acorn Energy (NASDAQ: ACFN) today announced its partnership with On-Ramp Wireless to develop the first affordable utility distribution point monitoring system. The comprehensive system for distribution automation combines the GridSense TransformerIQ(TM) platform with On-Ramp's Ultra-Link Processing(TM) (ULP) system.
Together these technologies enable utilities to cost-effectively deploy secure and reliable monitoring throughout their distribution network for (1) asset monitoring, (2) fault indication to improve outage restoration, (3) to provide alerts to power quality issues, (4) to capture power thefts and (5) to act as a hub for demand-side load management -- all with a single wireless device.
Of the approximately 1 million transformers in the US, only 2% are currently monitored. Millions of videos shared daily over China's leading social media

As companies take advantage of QR codes in all industries, Flexsystems in San Diego is using its technology to embed the codes into custom plastic products, custom labels, clothing labels and promotional products for their customers.

Flexsystems in San Diego has been taking its customer's QR codes and placing them in their custom PVC labels. The PVC label holds the customers private QR code. Then Flexsystems can sew the emblems onto hats, bags, shirts, custom labels, luggage, badges, lapel pins, magnets or other promotional products that the customer would like the QR on.
Flexsystems can also put the QR code into a product. They can place the code into luggage tags, key chains, cell phone charms, earrings as well as hang tags. The process has been perfected after 17 years manufacturing in San Diego, California.
QR codes are not the only thing that Flexsystems has embedded. It has been able to take four color process artwork and embed into clothing labels, zipper pulls, hang tags and various promotional products such as key chains, magnets, luggage tags, jacket labels, hat labels and cell phone charms, headbands and dog collars.
Flexsystems also has embedded Holograms and used them as sew on labels for various hard and soft goods.

The marathon featured the highest A25-54 and M18-49 ratings of the quarter to date.

This important pro-consumer legislation, entitled the 'Digital Goods and Services Tax Fairness Act of 2011,' was introduced today by Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR) and John Thune (R-SD), and Representatives Lamar Smith (R-TX) and Steve Cohen (D-TN), respectively.
Every day, more and more American consumers are going online to purchase and download 'digital goods and services,' such as apps, videos, music and ringtone downloads, e-books and video games. This consumer trend hasn't gone unnoticed by state, city and local politicians willing to impose new taxes because they are desperate for new revenue sources. Currently, consumers could potentially be double- (or even triple-) taxed for their digital purchases. The 'Digital Goods and Services Tax Fairness Act' calls for a "national framework" or some "rules of the road" to be placed on state and local taxation for the purchase of digital goods and services made on wireless devices, using wireless broadband, or over the Internet.
