Windows XP SP3 RTM

That's right. The download is almost ready. Windows XP is now at SP3. And yet, does anyone care? Ubuntu 8.04 is coming in 3 days!
That's not the best part. The overview has two files for download. A PDF and whatever a XPS file is. I'm assuming XPS is Microsoft's answer to PDF.
So the XPS is bigger than the PDF. Nice job Microsoft.

Microsoft To Make XP Lite For EeePC

Microsoft is starting to see the real competition from Linux in the form of ultra portable notebooks. They will go back to XP and strip it to work well on small devices. Why did this happen now and not years ago? That's what happens when you have a monopoly.
Funny that they won't bother making a stripped down Vista, huh?
