WAYNE, Pa., April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SunGard Availability Services today announced a technical preview of its fully managed enterprise-grade, Apache(TM) Hadoop(TM)-based data analytics platform. By providing a managed service, the SunGard Unified Analytics Services(sm) (UAS) will free up organizations from having to manage their own data analytics infrastructure and enable them to focus instead on gleaning business insights from their Big Data assets. The SunGard UAS will provide the hardware, software and networking required for each customer's Big Data analysis.
The SunGard UAS is designed to scale up to petabytes of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data, and intended to let organizations author and run Hadoop MapReduce analytics on their enterprise workloads. Under the terms of the Exchange Agreement, Next 1 will transfer its wholly-owned subsidiary, Attache Travel International, Inc. d/b/a Next One Realty, which holds Next 1's real estate assets, including its share ownership in RealBiz360, a real estate joint venture agreement for video on demand, its Home Preview Channel assets and current or pending real estate media contracts, in exchange for the controlling interest of the publicly traded company.
Webdigs, founded in 2007, has developed and acquired real estate websites & technology and has a licensed real estate brokerage division with more than 30 years of experience and affiliations in 19 states.
Next 1 plans to utilize the new public entity for expansion of its real estate media services including expansion of video on demand real estate listings services, enhanced mobile, broadband & web based services, as well as targeted advertising and lead generation solutions for the real estate community.
This agreement will allow for Next One Realty to operate independently and obtain funding specifically targeted to Next 1's real estate division, while still allowing Next 1 shareholders to benefit from Next One Realty's growth and development through the Company's approximate 93% controlling interest.

CDNPAL Open Search Goes Crowd Funded With KickStarter
LOS ANGELES, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CDNPAL co-founders Shaun Kutch and Christopher Gu have launched an unprecedented crowd-funding campaign on the popular website KickStarter.com. The campaign aims to fund the CDNPAL Open Search Project whose stated goal is to make the web transparently searchable within your community of friends. The campaign kicks off Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012 based in Los Angeles, California. The project is trying to raise $100,000 to finish funding the development of the remaining search engine code, which was started in late 2010.
CDNPAL is a new kind of search engine that focuses on communities of friends rather than using general algorithms to determine ranking based on web page hyperlinks. The search engine collects and indexes documents on the World Wide Web, then polls opt-in users anonymously. It uses that information to determine what is popular on the web at any given point and time. It also has co-op mode technology where communities can create search trends and does community indexing of the web based on that. CDNPAL Open Search Engine is also unique in that it allows users to mash web documents up into social graphs using the Open Graph format pioneered by Facebook, Inc.
CDNPAL LTD, the company behind CDNPAL Open Search was started in 2010 by Shaun Kutch and Christopher Gu to bring new community technologies and games to the web. The company had tried fundraising the traditional way with VCs but was unsuccessful due to the predominance of Google in the web search sector.
